I Joined KLEARNOW as a principal UX designer, now managing a six-person team and working as a full-stack end-to-end designer for desktop, mobile, and tablet-friendly applications. I report directly to the CTO of the company. It is my job to deliver outcomes that improve users’ lives, help companies grow, & increase profitability. I’m collaborative, proactive, & totally obsessed with customers. I’m an expert facilitator & have a knack for bringing teams together, eliminating waste, & establishing shared understanding. My visionary inputs are also helping the company with fundraising, sales pitching, branding, and other leadership activities.

Drayage service is the transportation of freight from the port to a destination.
As Experience Lead, I oversaw a team of UX and UI designers to design the Drayage Trucker app. I worked closely with the product and business teams to lead the overall strategic vision of the work while providing more specific guidance and feedback to the design team to oversee the creation of a flexible, modern design system and the delivery of nearly 50 unique screens.

An importer can see shipments, containers, and real-time tracking with a map and all activities for their ocean fleet, air, and cross-border track journey.
What is the problem that we are trying to solve?
The customer does not have any visibility on the platform to view the entries and container-related information for the invoice. The customer is not able to see all the customs documents, drayage approvals, MO approvals, and LOA in one place.Finance Issues - As of today there is no visibility on how much revenue has been accrued, how much is ready to release, and how much revenue has been received by the customers.Finance is not able to differentiate the revenue streams based on CHB, Drayage, and MO groups.Finance is not sure on a sunny day what actions need to be taken in the invoices
